FAR AND WIDE MIGRATION is committed to ensuring that our dealings with you are in accordance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. We also draw your attention to the Information on the Regulation of the Migration Advice Profession. Beyond the requirements outlined in these two documents, FAR AND WIDE MIGRATION aspires to provide our clients the best service.

Paying for our fees

Payments should be made in Australian currency unless agreed upon otherwise. FAR AND WIDE MIGRATION maintains a separate account where clients' monies are held for use and purposes as set out in Part 7 of Migration Agents Code of Conduct.

Important note when experiencing difficulties  using PayPal payment facility. 

PayPal accepts payment using Mastercard and Visa. Please note that American Express cards could only be used if they are linked to Paypal accounts that accept American Express such as those registered in UK or US. At this stage, American Express cards could not be used for Australia registered Paypal accounts. 

You should be able to use your Visa or Mastercard for once off payment without signing up for a PayPal account; however there are instances when you may get error messages such as below:

"The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."

"Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card."

Paypal confirmed that signing up for a Paypal account would  usually fix this problem. However, please note that there may be other reasons why you may be getting errors such as limitations set by your credit card provider. We suggest that you contact Paypal Customer Service on 1800 073 263 or the  local Sydney number +61 2 8223 9500 (option 2) between 5:00 am to 10:00 pm (Sydney time).
